Leading Warehouse

Four generously proportioned boutique warehouse and office spaces have been thoughtfully masterplanned on this vacant site, anchored by a central vehicular accessway. At ground level, raw concrete delivers a natural, low-maintenance texture that grounds the architecture. Above, each office volume appears to float over the warehouses, enhancing street presence and visibility

Raw and Defined

The warehouse volumes are articulated with raw, low-texture concrete panels that express structural honesty and material simplicity. In contrast, the office facades are clad in refined metal finishes, introducing a premium aesthetic and layered depth that enhances shadow play throughout the day.

Thoughtful subdivision

Each warehouse is carefully positioned to ensure equitable access across all lots. Clear, considered signage along the central driveway allows for intuitive wayfinding, guiding visitors effortlessly to both the warehouses and the elevated office spaces at the rear of the property.
