This six-storey NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) accommodation project is located on a strategically chosen infill urban site. This development integrates accessibility and community engagement at every level, providing a high-quality living environment for individuals with disabilities.
The design features a communal space that foster social interaction and engagement within the building. These areas are designed to be accessible and welcoming, featuring a garden outdoor setting where residents can engage in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities.
The concrete facade modules breathe life into the building, infusing vibrancy into the street and seamlessly connecting the structure with the surrounding streetscape.
