The design of Market Street Dental was driven by the client’s vision to create a patient-focused sanctuary for the local community.
Set back from the street frontage, the clean, crisp facade provides a sense of openness, creating an inviting moment of entry. Inside, a generous waiting area and carved stone reception welcome visitors. The space is designed to calm, utilizing curved plasterboard walls and soft furnishings to create a gentle atmosphere.
The clarity of the floor plan is evident in the hallway, which aligns with a fixed window at its end, drawing in natural light and providing a long perspective. Wall lights are strategically positioned to cast diffuse, soft illumination, easing the transition between spaces.

The Dental seat faces a large, fixed glazed windows, instilling patients with confidence and the assurance of quality care.
Technical amenities and storage are positioned in deeper zones of the floor plan that require less natural light, optimizing the site’s footprint.
