This facade refresh highlights our consultative approach, which prioritizes community impact over singular, high-profile design. We focused on creating a positive, welcoming environment for the Lifegate Foundation.
The site previously faced challenges with antisocial behavior and security concerns. In close collaboration with the council and the foundation, we developed architectural and streetscape solutions that foster safety through positive design rather than defensive barriers.
Our design fosters community pride by decluttering the facade, clarifying branding, and establishing a more legible street presence.
